The Related Companies has teamed with Chef Dan Kluger to open Greywind, offering a locally sourced, seasonally-driven, and refined dining experience in Hudson Yards. Chef Kluger spent years working under acclaimed chefs and restauranteurs such as Danny Meyer and Tom Colicchio, and then as Executive Chef of Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s ABC Kitchen. He previously opened Loring Place and Washington Squares. The 60-seat restaurant is located at 451 Tenth Avenue, a residential building owned by The Related Companies which also features The Set Club on the 44th floor.
